MS
ENAlongside the casino, DK88 runs a full sportsbook covering football, badminton, tennis, basketball, esports, and more — all through the same account and wallet you already use for slots and live dealer, so there’s nothing extra to set up before placing your first bet. This guide covers the DK88 sportsbook lineup, the full list of available sports, how live betting works, and the sports-specific welcome offer worth claiming before your first bet.
Sports Betting Overview
The DK88 sports betting section sits alongside the casino verticals under one account, so switching between a football bet and a slot spin never requires moving funds around. Markets are priced in Malaysian Ringgit, and the same six local payment rails used at the cashier — Touch ‘n Go, DuitNow QR, FPX, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay — apply here too, so funding your sports balance works exactly the same as topping up for casino play.
- Coverage: prematch and live markets across a wide range of sports.
- Currency: MYR, matching the rest of the platform.
- Odds format: standard decimal odds displayed throughout the sportsbook.
- Minimum stake: USD 1 equivalent, in line with the platform-wide floor.
- Maximum single win: capped at USD 1,000,000 across every market, matching the casino-wide limit.
Available Sports
The DK88 football betting section is the deepest by market count, but coverage extends well beyond it. Sports available include football, badminton, tennis, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, UFC, ice hockey, and baseball, alongside a dedicated esports section.
- Football: major leagues and cups, including EPL and other regularly-tracked competitions with deep market coverage — usually the sport with the most betting options per fixture on the DK88 sportsbook.
- Badminton: a strong regional draw, with coverage extending to Malaysia Open and similar tournaments — a category Malaysian bettors tend to follow closely given the sport’s local popularity.
- DK88 esports betting: Mobile Legends, CS2, Dota 2, and Valorant feature prominently, reflecting how popular esports is with Malaysian bettors specifically.
- Other sports: tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, UFC, ice hockey, and baseball round out the catalogue, giving bettors a genuinely broad spread beyond the headline sports.
Markets vary by sport and event — major football fixtures typically carry the widest range of betting types, including match result, over/under, handicap, and correct score options, while smaller events or lower-tier competitions may offer a narrower set focused mainly on the match winner.
Live Betting
DK88 live betting lets you place wagers on matches already in progress, with DK88 betting odds updating in real time as the action unfolds.
- In-play markets: available across most major sports once a match has started.
- Odds updates: refresh continuously to reflect the current state of play.
- Cash-out: where supported, lets you settle a bet early before the match concludes, locking in a partial win or reducing a loss based on how the match is developing at that moment.
- Same wallet: live and prematch stakes draw from the same balance as casino play, with no separate sportsbook account needed — deposits, withdrawals, and KYC verification all work identically to the casino side.
Sports Welcome Bonus
The Special Sport Bonus 100% is the sportsbook-specific piece of the wider welcome pack, matching your qualifying deposit for use on sports markets. It’s separate from the two slots offers and the two free spin waves, so it’s worth treating as its own claim rather than assuming it’s bundled into a general bonus.
- Match rate: 100% on your qualifying deposit.
- Minimum deposit: RM 100 to trigger this specific offer.
- Wagering: 25x to 35x on the bonus amount, per the terms shown at claim.
- Independent of other offers: claiming the sports bonus doesn’t affect your eligibility for the separate Live Casino 100% offer or the slots and free spin components — each piece of the welcome pack is claimed and tracked on its own.
